Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions relate to your application to participate in a talent search Competition being provisionally entitled "Gloucestershire's Got Talent" (the "Competition") which AMMS Management Ltd (the "Organiser") propose to hold within the Picture Drome Theatre, Gloucester.
The information given by you in your application may be used by the organisers should you be selected to audition.
You are not eligible to apply to enter this competition if you are an employee or a close relation of an employee of The Gloucester Theatre Company, The Picturedrome Theatre, AMMS Management Ltd or any parent, subsidiary or associated company.
You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, terms and conditions for this competition as determined by the Organiser (the "Rules") and you acknowledge that the Rules may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the Organiser in their sole discretion. The Organiser's decisions regarding all elements of the application process, and the Competition shall be final and binding.

A non-refundable entry fee of either £20 for a solo performer or £35 for a group performance will be payable on the day at registration for the auditions.
Entry fees apply to all applicants and are payable when submitting the application form either online by PayPal or by cheque payable to AMMS Management Ltd which must accompany your application form.
Entry fees are as follows:
£20 for a solo performer
£35 for a group performance
Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 1st November 2011 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable for withdrawn applications.
In the event that an entry is inaccurate or incomplete, does not comply with these conditions for entry or is deemed, at the sole discretion of the Organiser, ineligible for any other reason, then the relevant entry will be disqualified and the entry fee will be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt the entry fee is non-refundable save in the event that the entrant to the Competition is not invited to attend an audition or the competition is cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
We cannot guarantee that all applicants will receive a response.
The Organiser, their agents and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any online applications, telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any messages or applications not being properly received, heard or recorded.
Entries received after the Closing Date of 12th November 2011 will not be considered and the entry fee will be forfeited
Applicants will be selected and invited to attend an audition at a time and location to be decided at the sole discretion of the Organiser whose decision will be final and binding.
If you are under 18 years of age please make sure that you get the permission of your parents or legal guardians before applying.
If you are under 18 years of age and you are invited to audition, you must be accompanied by your parents or legal guardians at the audition. Proof of age will be required at the auditions.
Applicants must be entitled to live and work in the UK, and be able to demonstrate that they have the right to live and work in the UK on request by the Organiser.
In the event that you are invited to attend an audition you hereby irrevocably grant all consents necessary for the Organiser to film and record such audition and to use recordings featuring your image and/or voice in connection with the Competition and/or ancillary rights in the Competition and to exploit the same in all media throughout the world in perpetuity without the need for payment to you.
Should you be selected to take part in the Competition you agree and undertake to enter into further contracts with the Organiser and you agree to abide by the terms therein.
All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.
You will not without the Organiser's prior written consent disclose, publish or discuss with any third party any information relating to the Competition, your appearance in the Competition, the production team or any participants in the Competition nor any other information which may come to your attention otherwise save where such information is already in the public domain.
You must disclose to the Organisers details of any criminal convictions and/or unspent convictions other than driving offences which have not resulted in a ban or more serious sentence.
You shall notify the Organisers immediately if there are any criminal charges brought against you or if any information you provide in your application becomes inaccurate between now and the date of the first Audition.
We take your privacy very seriously. The information you provide about yourself as part of the application procedure will be used by the Organiser to assess whether or not to select you for the Competition. If you are successful, this information may be used in connection with the production and promotion of the Competition.
By submitting this application form you consent to any information you provide, including without limitation any sensitive personal information, being used for this purpose.
We may use the information you provide to verify your age and identity and to carry out background checks with law enforcement and government agencies.
